VW Polo 6R 1.6 TDI Won't Start

Hi everyone,
I need your experience in my issue.

Last week a VW Polo 6R 1.6 TDI CAYB DSG arrived in safe mode (BUT working) condition with fault code:
7462 - EGR Valve (N18)
P0403 00 [101] - Malfunction

Customer brought me a used one EGR and after installation I have new fault code with both EGR solenoids:
7343 - EGR Sensor 2
P0407 00 [032] - Signal too Low

After testing the wiring, plugging-unplugging and swapping EGR solenoids trying to find the problem, the car won't start. It cranks but won't start!

I have checked: Fuses, ECU Communcation OK (Only P0407 fault code in Engine ECU), Crank Sensor works, Fuel Supply to Injectors OK

I think ECU doesn't activate injectors but I don't know how check for pulse without oscilloscope. With iginition ON is there any voltage supply to check? I think injectors are Siemens Piezo.

This comes with a video which is not of my making but maybe it can help guide you although you will see it doesn't exactly match up with what you have downloaded

I would recommend extracting the download to a safe place & install from there by running the Setup.exe from the Setup Folder, this will install it to your C drive

From the extracted folder you will also need the master.file
I put this master.file in a new folder, rename this to something simple so you can point the setup program towards it later
I placed this file on the root of C Drive

In the start menu you will find shortcuts for Subaru EPC, where you can run the components such as setup to point to your master.file folder
Also of course 1) Retrieve Parts Number to run the EPC

I could not get this to work on Windows XP

Hi,

I'm retrofitting 2015 Bixenon to 2011 Scirocco which have halogen light from factory.
On that moment LED DRL are 100% functional like from factory.
But i have problem with used AFS module which have Tiguan dataset.
Maybe somebody have. xml file from 2015 Scirocco Bixenon with cornering?

KIA Sorento 2006 2.5 CRDi NON Start

Hello.
I have problem with Sorento BL from 2006 year and 2.5 WGT engine.
The case is it cutted off during drive and now engine can't start.
No DTC codes, fuel on rail 270bar during cranking, about 280rpm during cranking.
Is meens not to open injectors at all, it works on starter spray. No any DTC from IMMO and status is learnt.
Is there any INERTIA switch? I replaced crankshaft and camshaft sensors and no response. I cant see camshaft signal in GDS, there is no on list
Please for help.

Mileage Correction BMW E39

I have a BMW 5 series E39 1998 model. The speedo gauge and indicators had stopped working so i got a second hand unit from scrap yard. They look identical but the problem is i see the eeprom on the old cluster is a 93C56 and on the 2nd hand unit is a B58(93C66). Can someone please correct the mileage of this 2nd hand cluster as it is on 250280KM and I need it to be 092234KM please.bow

Hello mates
i have a daihatsu sirion 2014 model in my shop.
it cranks but it does not start. engine light does not illuminates and i have no comms with ecm. checked all fuses and cables as much as i could, as well and eathpoints. i think it is ecm fault but i cannot find a replacement part to test.
engine code is 1KR-F3 and ecm part number is 89560-B1G30. i could not find a descent wiring diagram. is there any guidanance or a possible solution?

Power steering on Expert 3

Hello all
I have a peugeot expert 3 (tepee) here and requires a new electric power steering unit (under wheel arch).
I have bought one from a local factors and it is a new HPI unit, does it need to be programmed or is it just plug and play?
Do have lexia hereit needed can i do it with this or is it a dealer job.

Old unit has fluid leaking from the main electrical plug and no comms with lexia.

Ford Focus III 1.0 Ecoboost DTC P2188

I have a friend who has this Focus III 1.0 Ecoboost with P2188 fault.
He has had it in to the dealer and they told him it needed a new O2 sensor which was replaced and if the fault comes back, try another O2 sensor until you get one that works! bigsmile2 I can't believe this, anyway the fault has come back and asked me to look at it.
I'm not going to fit another O2 sensor because I know he fitted a Bosch sensor, so can't see that been faulty.
The car can go for a week before the light comes on.
Anyone have the correct procedure for checking this fault please?
I'm supposed to be looking at this on Saturday morning and hope I am for armed with proper information. beer

Hello Guys.

Peugeot 307 1.6HDi 2006
VIN: VF33C9HXC84586713

I am working on this Peugeot 307, it has faults codes:
P0401 Air Circuit
I think this fault is related to EGR. I plan to blank off the EGR.
P1403 1 additional heating circuit
P1404 2 additional heating circuit

I have not a clue as to what these faults mean and what I need to check/change.
I cannot seem to locate the 02 Sensor on this vehicle, does it even use one?
Please advice me.
