Hello members,

My friend have a Fiat Ulysse 2.2 JTD, 2004, with ECU Bosch EDC15C2 and with (DELPHI) SAGEM BSI.
Now impossible to start the engine,
After switching on the ignition or put the battery in the car (the car now is in economy mode), after few seconds the position light automaticly switched on, and the main beam light switched on for few sec and switched off for few second.
After one hour the battery was totally empty...

The symptoms what we find now:
- Cannot used on the vehicle the steering control unit COM2000,
- Switch on the light, horn , wipers, radio etc. commands-impossible nothing happends
- Switches for the windows (front rear)not working,
- The child lock button working (relay switching noise is present when i push the child lock button)
After reading the DTS from BSI, we receive four errors:
1. Steering column comms control unit, communication fault
2. AirBag control unit, communication fault
3. Relay plate control unit, communication fault
4. A/C control unit, communication fault
Using the diagnostic tools, I can switch on the wipers, also I can move the windows, switch on the steering light...
After repleacing the COMM 2000 module with new one (second hand), nothing happends, the fault code are the same...
With Delphi diagnostic tools and software, I can connect and read the BSI.
But I cannot read the ecu (EDC15c2) and I cannot connected to Airbag module...
With LEXIA I can connect and read the ECU EDC15C2.

If you have any idea please help me to solving this issue.

Hi,

Today came in mine garage an AUDI A6 4F 3.0TDI with the following problem.

I put key in ignition(normal metal blade key) and turn it on, but Dash Display, ESL, Radio,Navi Display all are OFF.

I think that the 4F0909131E is broken.

Anyone can help me with Pinout for this unit to test it on bench?
Someone had this problem?

All relays and fuses are ok.

Right wonder if anyone can help, my 06 MK2 Octavia front driver window got stuck halfway the other day, although all other windows work via the drivers window controls.

So removed doorcard ect and investigated, checked for power to the motor with multimeter, all is well there,visually checked for chaffed/broken wires, everything looks intact, couple minor chaffs so tapped them up, next checked the wires in rubber boot in door jam, same there couple of minor chaffs, taped up, still drivers window wont function, all other windows fine, next I swapped the complete switch unit from my Octavia with my partners MK5 Golf, all buttons function with my switches with the golf,
so now i'm stuck, so I buy a second hand motor and module, expecting that to solve the trouble, it was a no go, the part I bought has same part number and only last letter is a J, and my cars original ends with a H, the unit i bought doesn't even seem to be seen at all by the car, the window lock switch light does not illuminate at all or anything function when connected, would it need to be coded because the last letter of part number different?? I would have thought the letter would just mean a newer revision and work merely just connecting it.

Anyone got any ideas how I can proceed to fix my problem?

Hi m8's,
BSI on Xsara Picasso is broken.
PSA reference: 96 325 268 80
SW: V7.1
Found other BSI reference is 1:1 SW is V8.0.
I cannot find chip 95XX or similar to read pin code. Maybe is in processor stored?
Need some help.

Toyota Avensis 2010 with second hand EPB fitted

Hi all.

I have a 2010 Toyota Avensis 2.0 D4D that has come to us and someone has replaced the EPB with a second hand one. I have the fault code P1203 vehicle data mismatch and i know that this is because the VIN stored in the EPB is different to the one in the car!
So, anyone ever change the VIN in one of these?
Anyone have a virgin 95160 for the EPB?

I had been called out because someone told me all the DPF options in his Snap-On Solus Ultra for this vehicle vanished after Snap-On updated his Solus.

In the end it appears nothing is actually wrong with the actual DPF, may be a intermittent fault with pressure sensor (or even wiring/ECU). Car previously had code for pressure sensor short circuit, but this did not reoccur while I was with it, even after test drive.

However with ODIS S 2.2.6, I only found option to teach in DPF parameters after DPF/Pressure Sensor/ECU replacement, no options for Standing/Driving Regen.

My initial suspicion is that the engine may be "tuned" but I could find all live data parameters with sensible values, I found pressing accelerator made DPF pressure value rise sensibly (I think was approx. 30mbar at 2000rpm off memory), and I could see car had used approx. 70 litres of fuel since last regen, so I was happy the car has still got DPF, DPF not blocked, and it is still trying to regen when needed.

However just for interest, I plugged an old VCDS clone (V12.12.0) and I found option for Service Regen while Driving.

Car has not been into Audi for any recall about emissions as far as we know.

So has anyone got any idea why Snap-On with 2016 update and ODIS S from early this year/late last year does not offer regen function, but 2-3 year old VCDS clone has got the option?

Hello.

2012 Chevrolet Sonic 1.6 came today with no crank and theft light steady ON.
BCM DTC B389A. The car stopped when they jumper wire the radiator cooling fan.
BCM pin code was translated to pin by X100 pad. And the key is valid in it.
PCM respond to communications. But I think it's bad.
1. So will I use a used or new PCM?
2. SPS online? Or just Tech2Win?

Hi guys,

I have changed tires with wheels for my client (Suzuki Baleno 2016 ). I put new sensor for new set T-Pro2 (tyre-S169). Sensors was programmed with Ateq.
How to reset TPMS? I have information that pressure is too small. In menu there is no option to reset (there is only option to change load style).
