VW Golf 2010 1.6 TDi Bluemotion DTC P2463 DPF Issue
I have this Golf Bluemotion 1.6 TDi back in with DPF issue, it was in just 4 months ago in limp home, problem was due to blocked DPF cleaned it through in situ with tunap cleaner no problem, soot accusation dropped right down car has been fine until now. Currently this fault will not clear 7388-P2463 even with pressure lines disconnected, I am suspecting the sensor maybe faulty even though it was replaced only 18 months ago due to permanent codes:
7345 2455 DPF DIFF PRESS SE CIRC HIGH
7346 2453 DPF DIFF PRESS CIRC RANGE PERF
I have been waiting all day for VW dealer to call me back.
I don't think there is any problem again with DPF as:
calculated soot mass 13.2 g
actual soot mass -6.51g
differential pressure 1.5-2 hpa idle 16.5 hpa 2500rpm
I may try to force a regen but was hoping to delete the code first because it will not rev above 2500rpm.
With the DPF pressure sensor disconnected the live data reads pressure as zero, will a healthy sensor clear codes with only the electrical connector in place?
I was hoping someone may know some test values to bench test this DPF pressure sensor?

[Request] Ford IDS V101 VMWare 3x Days Activation
One of the my mechanic apprentice brought from the college clone IDS with 100.01 disc without any instructions how to load it on VM.
So i follow the
youtube video but not joy. It always ask me to activate license.
I have only IDS V91 and V101.01 on the disc. It says on it 3 days activation but none.
Can somebody help me with this for they education purpose please?

Mercedes SL500 1997 Conductor Plate Replacement
I am replacing the conductor plate in the tranny. Its a 722.6.
When transferring the coding should i replace the plate first then plug the old one in and read the coding?
Then plug the new one in and transfer it or read it first then replace? This is an old system that doesn't need SCN coding.
I have never done such an old Mercedes before. I'm using Mercedes Star Diagnosis 9.2009 (before Xentry).

After the many positive posts, I'm going to switch EasyBCD, but still have to learn how to use it... We know, the people are always learning.![koko koko]()
I had no problems with the BootIt, but I like to try new things.![dance dance]()

BMW E46 S54 2006 NON Start With P/N Issue
Hi all,
Have an issue with a manual 2006 S54 that has a no start problem.
Was hesitant to start so ignition switch was changed still the same but seemed not as bad, then starter failed and has been replaced, now no cranking at all, no EWS errors, but reading diagnosis from EWS shows starter blocked due to P/N, now I thought this was an SMG issue only but it would seem not, clutch switch is working, ignition switch is working, car will start is starter crossed.
Any ideas?

Toyota Land Cruiser 2010 3.0D DTC P062F
Hello,
I tested Toyota Land Cruiser 2010 year 3.0D and:
Engine control unit fault code - P062F - eeprom control faulty
Gearbox control unit fault code - P062F - eeprom control faulty
ABS control unit faulty - Engine control unit faulty
I can't delete these error's. In cluster 4WD light, engine light, ESP light are on.

2 eeproms 24C08 inside.
One of these 2 eeproms is with broken leg as in attachment. Some guys try to help that customer, now need files for both eeproms, and the code please.

Toyota RAV4 2.0 2005 D4D NON Start
Hi all,
I have a 2005 Toyota Rav4 2.0 D4D that has come in as a non start. Vehicle has no fault codes and customer had said that he stopped it and went to start it 20 mins later and it would not start. Starter engages and turns engine over.
Now i have checked through all live data, rpm, fuel pressure and everything is as should be. I have even got similar model and compared the live data and still see nothing wrong. Immobilizer shows no faults and vehicle is enabled. Rail pressure on cranking is 300 bar. Fuel is diesel and i have had it checked. Changed the injector driver module, cam, crank sensors.
The only thing is i have no injector pulse, compared with the other vehicle, and that is it. Has anyone ever had an ECU go down on one of these, as i have checked it also for burning. I have pined all sensors and signals match. Also checked the timing too and all is as it should be.
If i use easy start vehicle will run on it so no mechanical issues.
Have also changed the fuel pump control valves, and no difference.
when i disconnect any sensor it will show a fault.
Any ideas?
