VW Caddy 9K 2001 1.6 Petrol Immo OFF

Hello,

I have a Volkswagen Caddy 1.6 Petrol 2001.
I was wondering if you could help me to do immo off on this car.
I got 1 key when I bought it and I dropped the key.The key fell apart and I lost code capsule(transponder).Since I have installed a separate car alarm with immobilizer I have no needs for the factory one.
What dump do I need to post?
The ECU is:Magneti Marelli 1AV
The immobilizer is:5WK4-7440 by Siemens.
I was wondering is it possible to disable it in the ECU,because the Immobilizer has TMS320C702,which I can't read nor get programmer here in my country?
