VW Golf 6 1.2TSi Add Start Stop

Hi!

Have somebody experience with cross-flash VAG SIMOS10 ECU with VCP or VAS5163?
I like to program 03F906070BC sw into 03F906070BJ (sw with start stop into non start stop ECU)
Are they hardware compatible?
Done same thing on edc16/17, multitronic ECU but never made on SIMOS10....
