Citroen Dispatch 2010 NO Comms With Engine ECU

Citreon Dispatch (Jumper 3)
2.0 Diesel

Customer drove van home parked up and would start in the morning
Turn ign on everything lights up, but it doesn't crank over, (No power to starter)

Using Planet i get no comms with Engine ECU,

In BSI i get fault code for starter ( coherence)
and fail to connect to ECU which shows a fault code of "F015"
Going back to it tomorrow to check ecu wiring if i can find a diagram.

Also in live data i can see ignition status on, but when i go to crank, it says crank status No, then i lose comms with laptop.

Hmmmm maybe i have a faulty ignition switch?
