New and legitimate versions of VCDS have an added feature called VCDS Autoscan Toolbox
You can find it in the folder C:\Ross-Tech\VCDS\VCDSScan.exe
All of the collected autoscans can now be in a series of centralized folders with their respected manufacturers.
This is a very simple way to read any and all scans that have been collected.
Notice on the left side of the screen, the folder structure.
That folder is found here: C:\Ross-Tech\VCDS\Logs.
In the folder: C:\Ross-Tech\VCDS\Scans are the scans that are automatically saved.
Now all scans can be placed into the respected folder.
The scans are as useful as all the important values during the "save" operation.
Include the License plate number, VIN and mileage.
This toolbox can also be adjusted to fit your own special tools and links.
Edit the "vcdsscan.ini" file to fit your needs.
