Mercedes W176 A200 2013 Headlights Retrofit

Hi,

I have repaired a Mercedes A Class W176 A200 2013 CDi.
Car had xenon headlights, i have replaced the headlights with the newer type, full led.
I would like some help please with coding please as the headlights do not work.
Also is just coding or do wires need changing around?
Can someone please point me in right direction?
Willing to pay for your time.
