Nissan Qashqai J10 2012 as of 2011

Hi guys

I'm can't describe my feeling about new Nissan's
I did try all of my knowledge,but get nowhere...
Made few phone calls...for help...
This car has 1.6 diesel engine with EDC17.
It has 2 fault in engine ECU.The main fault is:
P253F:engine oil deteriorated
P1525:cruise control signal
The second code is a fact of first,as the factory manual say.So this moment we have to focus only the first one.I have read all instruction of workshop manual,did try to use Consult+ and other tool,but I cant sort out this fault.
The Consult III never even see the engine ECU.
So I executed Work support and and try to reset this value of "oil counter",but nothings happened.Still show me at live data 12% of engine oil deterioration.
I changed the oil,and inspected the oil level sensor,all good.As I could see at wiring diagram the IC get this signal.I can't reset the service reminder in IC as only exist this function if the service is due,it has been reset recently at other garage.
This car has normal power,all other value is correct.
I spent nearly 5 hours for research.I did try to disconnect the battery for 15 minutes,as I have read this also,but did not help.
The SW version is 23710-BB55D.
Anybody can check out ,any SW update is exist?
