Mercedes w176 2013 no comms issue

Hi ppl purchased a Mercedes a class a200 cdi 1.8 diesel front end smash

driver airbag deployed & knee airbag

changed the pyro fuse car won't crank also there is no ignition

only way to get ignition is leave the key in run potion and put battery lead on that wakes the car up and all the electrics come on but it still won't crank

i've got fault codes u0121 abs - esp communication faulty

u0146 no communication gateway

also it seems the steering lock does not make a sound like normal Mercedes car does

i can only find 2 fuse boxes one in foot well passenger side & the other is under bonnet near battery

i have a 40 amp fuse which is has no power on both sides

any help would be much appreciated if some point me the right direction to get it cranking over
