This is a fun one
Complain: A/C is not cold at times.
History:
1. Fix leaking hose.
2. Replaced Compressor Control Valve.

1. Checked charge > ok.
2. Wanted to check for Bulletin, but I have no access, if someone have access I will appreciate.
3. Wanted to check for DTC's in A/C Control Module, could not communicate, using Launch Diagun.
In Engine Control Module NO DTC's.4. Checked pressures, not ok, Low side goes till about 28 PSI and High Pressure remained at about 120 PSI, ambient temp in Aruba about 29 Degrees Celcius, and then cuts off, till you reset the Control Module.
I suspect it's a restriction in the filter/condenser, but when I tried to remove the plastic
filter cap, maaaaaan who design this??? 
Impossible to remove the plastic, is just kind of bond to aluminum, engineers, please design aluminum caps like Toyotas do!
Anyways I blew air thru the condenser, the oil is grey.
Tomorrow I will see further, any suggestions?
My concern is lack of information in GDS, professionals info like threshold cutting point, threshold activating point, pulse with modulation on Control Valve.
