2004 renault kangoo immob light non start

Hi we have a 2004 Renault Kangoo van with imod light on solid and serv light flashing with ignition on, engine turns over but will not start. No faults listed in engine or imob systems. Interconnection unit has a code for missing vehicle speed df158 I believe.No rpm showing when engine cranking or running on brake cleaner!! It shows key code no in imob and 3 keys coded. Anyone have any idears please.
