[Request] Audi Q5 Retrofit Cruise Control Switch Part Number

I need to fit cruise control to a Q5 for one of my customers but can't find a part number for the switch from ETKA. I spoke to my local Audi dealer, well I won't hold my breath.

I have the part number for the lower cowl, but no info for the switch.

Looked in offline ELSA, nothing in their either.
