3 ways to make a PIWIS TESTER:

- FIRST Way (easy V14 Cars till 2006)------------------------------
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Need 3 Drives C: D: and E:
Fresh copy of XP
Create directory "C:\Program Files\Gigatronic"
Install DVD14
Copy directory "C:\Program Files\Piwis Desktop" from PiwisV34 Vware

That'it

- SECOND Way (Only Diagnose V34)--------------------------------

Copy this folders/files from PiwisV34 Vware:

C:\SD
C:\SDM (16bits cars)
C:\SDM32 (32bits cars)

Edit dir.dsc and dir32.dsc and put like this

dir.dsc:

Copy C:\Sidis\Bin from PiwisV34 Vware
Copy C:\Sidis\Des from PiwisV34 Vware
Copy C:\Sidis\Etc from PiwisV34 Vware
Copy C:\Sidis\Ftedit from PiwisV34 Vware
Copy C:\Sidis\Pag from PiwisV34 Vware
Copy C:\Sidis\Smb from PiwisV34 Vware
Copy Dvd34 to HD
Replace setup.inx on root of dvd34
Run Setup
Reboot
Create shortcut to piwisdesktop.exe
Copy \sidis\lng.*** from V34
Modify c:\program files\gigatronik\global.ini (Error update.exe):
[PiwisStart] Start=0
[PIWIS_SETUP] Error=0

modify c:\program files\piwisdesktop\inis\settings.ini:

The prob is the language on c:\windows\rbsystem.ini

piwis need:
[Configuration]
Language=USA;Arial$(3C)

ESI need:
[Configuration]
Language=USA;Arial$(97)

Intall Bosch Dsa from ESI dvd
You can do the change language of piwis from piwisdesktop and ESI from DSA

or you can do a bat file

ESI:

copy C:\WINDOWS\RbSystemBosch.ini C:\WINDOWS\RbSystem.ini
C:\Programme\Bosch\ESItronic\KTS500\kts500_32.EXe -eng

PIWIS:

Hello my EVO 6 TME a problem with the pump, according to code!
when outside temperautur below 5 ° no problems , but I make engine of and start agin the lamp is onangry
but there are more like 5 ° is the AYC light on for 50 meters!
EVOSCAN over the pump can be controlled and can be heard
Could be someone has an idea what itidea

Cummins ISM DPF Problem

I'm dealing with a serious headache of a truck. It's a 2007 international 7600 with a Cummins ISM (cm876). It needs to do a DPF regen, but the ECU thinks the brake and clutch pedals are depressed. It's an automatic too so it obviously does not have a clutch pedal. If anyone has had this issue or know how to fix it please help. Thanks.

If i put it here, this goes to mr. patrian and anybody could help me im new here in the forum. My main concern is anybody have in their archive the old TIS installer because the dvd was misplaced by my bossangry i need it badly because my work pc is screwing up and need to format here are the details showing in TIS 2000
I need NAO operations 7.5 or much higher, my tech 2 version is 27.010
My TIS data 10.00 2007 my TIS 2000 GMDAT - 10/2007.

Please guys guide me i was transfer in this GM section by my boss i dont know where to start i ask them for the DVD installer and for no avail it was lost... please point me on a right section..

Mercedes Original Keyprogrammer?

Benz as an automotive, i have always being looking for the original tool, that is use to program it Keys, AK500 and other Chinese clone are all fake and not capable, some might do some few cars of Benz and stop there... Benz specialist should give us an answer...

Or does it means Benz keys are not program through the normal OBD2 connector socket, does it always goes through bench programming,
or does the dealer uses the AK500 as well, i really want to know the tool use for Benz keys programming...

BMW E90 Mirrors

Good day need help. BMW E90 Mirrors. I have E90 that the mirrors do not want to work. I have changed the Window cluster 2 times. Change both mirrors. GT1 gives me fault . FRM - no communication with driver door mirror. Checked wiring to mirror ant to window cluster. all ok. If I do test schedule on GT1 it says I must change window cluster. I took Clusters from 2 different cars. Same problem. Please help
