VW Tiguan Steering Fault

Please, i need help...

I have a VW Tiguan, the Steering Wheel does not work!
VAG-COM show: 00003-control module - 012. Electrical fault in circuit - MIL ON.

**NO CRASH ON AIRBAG ECU**
**THE ENGINE START OK... EVERYTHING WORKS**

I need steering wheel wiring diagrams.... Please!!!

Can anyone help me with this problem?
