VAG Group Precode Virgin Chips Equipment

Hi everyone.

I would like to be able to precode virgin can 48 for VAG group cars. I have stuff that can read the CS data.
What would be my the best cost effective option for hardware? I don't have FVDI/VVDI ect.

Any info welcome.
