Fiat Qubo 2011 Fuel Cut Off System Issue

I have problem with FUEL CUT-OFF SYSTEM my car was hit at back.

Airbags are alright, but Fuel Cut-Off system is now on.

I tried this manual but it doesn't work:

To reset vehicle operation, follow this procedure:

Turn the ignition key to MAR
Activate the right-hand indicator
Deactivate the right-hand indicator
Activate the left-hand indicator
Deactivate the left-hand indicator
Activate the right-hand indicator
Deactivate the right-hand indicator
Activate the left-hand indicator
Deactivate the left-hand indicator
Turn the ignition key to STOP

I manage that after i turn the ignition key to MAR doesn't blink any indicator. But after i activate indicator it's works.

Anyone can help me?
