BMW E92 M3 2011 How To Disable Start & Stop

Hi all!

I would like to know if someone has already disabled permanently (not only with the button on each starting car) Start & Stop feature with success for EXX

From Internet I found this:

Off permanently, change the below to aktiv:

CAS => 3000 => TC_MSA_DEFAULT_OFF => aktiv

But I am not sure if is only for FXX or can I use also for EXX with NCSExpert

Car is E92 M3 2011 year!
