Ok... after some fiddling around with web.war file i did manage to get it to work after altering the structure of the file, see prove ad the bottom of the post. Image may be NSFW.

How to do this before for applying web.war (in attachment):
- Go to Windows Control Panel, click java select Temporary Internet Files, select Settings, select Delete files, select all and delete.
- After this go to install directory of Ford e-TIS rename web.war to web.war_old and copy and past the one you downloaded from my post.
All done... Image may be NSFW.

Small side note: in prove picture you see "Ford 2015.00 (05/2014-)" use in date 2014 5 1 and it will work.
As for TSB section i know its on the hard drive but i must dig deeper to get this fixed also.
