Opel Tech2 Questions

I'd be interested myself to buy a opel Tech2 tester.
but when it is just a foreign language.
is it possible to update the device Finnish language?
I now bring globaltis opel 32.0b in use.
seems possible that driving is done on that program or am I wrong?
whether that device have a blank card or succeeds in driving the finished card?
