VW Passat 1.8T Timing Belt At 180.000 KM

It's the second time I'll do this service, first time at 120000 km, 6 years ago and now it's on 180000 km. I'm buying a kit from mister-auto.
Incl. in the kit:

Timing Belt - 058109119C
Timing Belt Tensioner - 058109479B
Timing Belt Tensioner Roller - 058109243E
Timing Belt Small Idler Roller - 058109244

I'm also thinking of replacing the following:

Water Pump - 050121010C
Thermostat (87C) - 050121113C
Power Steering / Water Pump Belt - 058145271
A/C Drive Belt - 06B260849A
Accessory Drive Belt - 06B903137E
2 x Camshaft Seal (47x10x32) - 038103085C

I have a APU engine with separate waterpump. My question to you guys, anything else I shall replace when I'm "down there"..?
and Can you give me any feedback on Gates or Contitech belts?
