Hello Auto Professionals.
I have problem with 2.2 2AD FTV. When i crank IT he need about 10-15s to start and he got lot of shake before he start Up. When I start IT and press acceleration pedal he dosen’t rise RPM about 10s after that he slowly rise RPM until 1200-1400 and he stops on several seconds and after that he rise on 3000rpm and stop there with shaking. Must add on everything that car smoke a looooot. Until now I try to change ALL original from Toyota, 4 new injectors, SCV valve, diesel filter , check timing, replace NEW ECU, Catalytic converter removed.. I need any help or solution. Rail pressure is good, pump always matches the Target fuel rail pressure. I do notice that the rail pressure runs quite high around 550 bar. I assume the ECU is doing this so the car does not switch off. I have wasted so much of money and time on this car... Any suggestions will help. NO fault codes.
