VW Golf IV No Communication Issues

Hi to all friends.

Today I have this issue from Golf 4.

It starts very well.
But when the temperature is 90 grade when I power off engine car.
When I want to power on it powers on 2 sec and powers off (especially in traffic).

I wanted to see faults code by VCDS but I can not connect with ECU through VCDS.

I changed ECUs THROUGH VCDS
Original was
038 906 019 EP 0 281 010 701
Donor was
038 906 019 BF 0 281 010 221

Now is ok but the car does not accelerate very well.
I turn immo off and I transfer 24c04 ECU datas from original to donor ECU and again the same problem.

I forgot to say
With the donor ECU the malfunction vanished but car does not accelerate very well.
How can I clone these two ECUs dear friends?
Or just by removing eeproms?
