Audi Q5 2.0 TDi AdBlue Fault

Car came into my workshop with MIL on and AdBlue countdown at 190 KM (photo)

From VCDS scan:

15733 - SCR NOx Catalyst Bank 1 P20EE 00 [237] - Efficiency too Low
MIL ON - Confirmed - Tested Since Memory Clear

Fault code clear ok and now it seems impossible to reset AdBlue countdown, I try basic setting:

IDE04567-Resetting of SCR tank level detection
IDE02703-Reset learned values quant. meter.unit and press.contr. valve
IDE04730-Reset SCR lock

I drive the car for 40 km and still the same...
No fault codes now! Of course, AdBlue tank is full!
What to do to reset AdBlue countdown?
Please help.
