Nissan Micra 1.0 1999, clutch/gearbox problem

Hi Guys

Can any Nissan techs help me please

I have a Nissan Micra 1.0 1999 with a CVT powder clutch gearbox

When going from park to reverse all fine clutch releases, reverse to neutral OK, but going from neutral to drive or reverse it seems that the clutch is not releasing & you have to force it into gear.

Have checked live data & position switch seems to be working OK, clutch brushes are good.
