My close friend want me to downgrade ECU software to older because since he went to VW Dealer his car does not have power as before and the strange as it is, he is not only that complained or told me also. I see on the internet also people want to downgrade this software 03L997557M_9983 something to do with Dieselgate! On the ECU label there is 03L906023B_5863 but on ODIS-E the latest is 9970 but it is not letting me to downgrade! So I need help with this please!
