Newest ETKA issues?

So I downloaded a version of ETKA back in March (3/18) [ETK8_2018-V1] and it did not work with my current set up (Windows 10 32 BIT)

I finally upgraded to Windows 10 64 BIT and I cannot get it to work. In the install it asked me my OS which I selected Windows 10 64 BIT. But it does not work.

I have looked in various folders for hardlocks and am unsure what to look for.

Can you point me in the right direction?
