Mini R57 2009 CAS Programming Issue

I was trying to reprogram the CAS in my BMW Mini 2009 R57. At the start of the programming, the software told me to switch of the ignition an remove the key.
At that time, the ignition was on, and the interior lights in the car were also on. As soon as I removed the key, all the light went out, but ISTA said it was continuing the programming. After a little while, it said it was DONE. I put the key back in the ignition, but nothing happened. Absolutely nothing worked. The ignition will no longer come on, no headlights, windows, door locking, brake light, boot light, NOTHING, everything dead EXCEPT the side lights, the horn and the hazard lights.
I think maybe the CAS has locked everything out. Since there is no ignition on, there is no way for me to check for errors or reprogram CAS again. I have checked absolutely every fuse and relay in the drivers footwell and the engine compartment, and all fuses ok. I have checked all the relays, and they are ok.
When I put the Keyless key into the car, there is no click from any relay. I have disconnected battery, and left it for a few hours, still no joy.
Can anybody help please?
