Here is cheap tool i made to use together with dvom.
Tool is not dumbproof so use it on your own risk.
I found inspiration in other tools already available.
It can be used for voltage drop testing, stress test of circuit and some more.
Consists only of rheostat which controls current in the circuit, so basically you can demand amount of current through the circuit on your will and that is pretty cool feature. You can ask for 1A current for voltage drop test or you can ask for 10A for stress test of the circuit.
Rheostat is 100W 30ohm, and can be found in some house devices or on the internet.
It's bulky but saved me couple of times, serving me very well.
