VW Passat B8 Mileage Correction

Hi!

I would like to upgrade my regular Instrument Cluster to Active Info Display (3G0920798A) on my Passat B8.
Everyone I asked, told me, that it's not possible to change Mileage on these clusters yet. Is it true or they just don't have proper tools?
