Hi!
I have Renault Master in the workshop with fuel pressure problem and engine diesel knock.
The fault code is DFO53 - High fuel regulation in Rail (6.def) maximum reached.
The Van came from my friend garage and they replaced all new:
Fuel pump, 4 injectors, complete fuel rail, fuel pipes, fuel filter and still the same.
So far I checked wiring all fine, compression test fine, Timing ok, checked for blockage EGR and exhaust all ok, latest update software ok.
Even scoped all sensors just in case. Fuel rail pressure sensor records 1500 bar pressure connected or disconnected which is weird.
I have checked on an other Van is the same but that ECU is edc16C36 and on this Van is edc16C3 different ECU's.
I'm lost with this one...
