Ford Focus 2011 Bluetooth Module Issue

I have this Focus in my workshop to fit new EPS rack, customer has never been able to get Bluetooth to function.
I cannot communicate with the module and presume it may not be fitted.
Would anyone know from VIN if it were or what part number it should be?

I see plenty of used units available with this part number: AM5T-14D212-EB
