Peugeot 407 2007 2.0 HDi NON Start

Hello.

My Peugeot 407 2007 2.0 HDi, did not start today. The starter runs fine.
No problem yesterday, was running fine, and notice not problem when i shut down the engine last evening.
The codes that i have read are:
P1471 EGR
P2123 Switch speed warning short circuit
P2131 Switch speed warning Electrical failure
C1330 Speed sensor right front, short circuit or interruption
I have tried to translate the codes from Swedish.
Will some of these codes cause the car to not start?
