Volvo V50 2.0D Cold Rough Idle & White Smoke

Hi guys,
Need help with car Volvo V50 2.0D 136 Km. I think it is common problem.
In cold engine hard to start. Cold rough idle + big white smoke.

We have chanded:
New injectors
Used engine (I think it might be here problem.)
DPF OFF, EGR OFF (Not by me.)
Glow plugs

Engine pressure:
Cylinder 1 - 20 bar
Cylinder 2 - 25 bar
Cylinder 3 - 27 bar
Cylinder 4 - 23 Bar

In my opion it might be problem with valve seals.

Please help guys. I hate this car.
