Ford Focus 2006 1.6 TDCi IC & ABS Incompatible Software

Hello.

I bought a Ford Focus 1.6 TDCi from 2006 hands free version, but the last owner have changed ECU + IC and ignition switch from a 2008 version.
New IC is with orange LCD and original is litel green LCD version, on the moment IC give me ESP and ABS error and also software incompatible with ABS.
The big problem is that when i closing the car, the dash not switching off and car batteries goes off/flat in 2-3 hours, and also remote control not work.
Is it possible to reprogram the ABS to do that communicate with the ABS?
Or is possible to disable ESP light and MSG on LCD?
