BMW 520 CAS3 VIN Change

Hi. I have a BMW 520 with a used CAS3 installed and i am trying to introduce the right VIN in CAS.
CAS NR: 9147216 (5wk49513UBR)
BMW CAR VIN: WBAPX31080C013682
USED CAS VIN: WBAPX31010C016276
197000 km

I readded the CAS with my digimaster III by BDM adapter and i think the dump is ok because VIN match the VIN readded with ICOM (attached goes the dump (backup CAS dump) read with Digimaster).
I changed the VIN by myself and after that write back to CAS (I have confirmed the dump read again and everithing ok). When i put the CAS in the car, the km goes to 655000 and dont appear any VIN (checked by ICOM). After this, i read CAS again with Digimaster, VIN disappeared and km cant be found by Digimaster.
I've made a write backup data and km goes to 197000 again and old VIN OK there (so, Digimaster is programming OK)...

Theres any cheksum we need to do with a specific program? or is needed program flash too?
I have dump from flash and eeprom (i think the dump read is from eeprom). The big one, i am sure is the flash dump.

I always can start the car.

Is possible this CAS3 not match the car?
