Embarrassed to say I've been struggling to adapt a new angle sensor for a Polo 6R 2013, WVWZZZ6RZEY131137.
Old and new angle sensor both have same part number 6R0 959654, and both have value 01 for coding.
Clone VCDS shows no option to adapt angle sensor in 03- brake electronics, but has option in 04 - Angle Sensor. However I need a security login for 04 - Angle Sensor and can't find it anywhere.
Also tried with up to date snap on, this doesn't even show 04 - Angle Sensor. If we try special function for 03 - Brake Electronics this claims it succeeds but doesn't work.
Also tried with Launch which shows both 03 and 04. If I try adaptation in Brake Electronics I get error Aborted Safety Reasons which won't disappear until power cycled, if I try adaptation in Angle Sensor this fails probably because I haven't got the security login.
I'm guessing this would be quick/simple with ODIS, but my VAS5054 is broken.![sadsmile2]( "sadsmile2")
