would it be possible to retrofit headlights and rear lights from 2015 c7.5 ?

new headlights part no: 4G0.941.034.J
new rear lights part no: 4G9.945.094.F

I have been told I need new:

central electrics module
rear convenience module
afs module

and wiring modification

I know some modules u can reflash to make them compatible with retrofits .etc

can someone advise if I do need new modules and their part numbers and will second hand modules be ok, also wiring diagrams would be great help too
