I have a 2014 Japan Nissan X-trail with navigation issue as pictures attached.
The owner cannot access any functionality as the "correct MAP SD card is not inserted".
The SD card went missing (very common practice here) on vehicle import from Japan so I advised owner to get in touch with the vehicle seller in Japan and get him another SD Card which the seller did supply as the pictures. (Part No: 25920 4CE0E) but unfortunately it did not solve the problem. Shows "navigation launching failed" which makes me assume it's the wrong SD Card.
Any Nissan guru/expert around can assist in regards to getting correct SD Card or has correct part number for the SD Card or any other approach to solve the problem will be highly appreciated.
