I have a 2016 CLA 250 with gasoline engine that I need to replace ECM with a used one. ECM type is MED17.7.2 with SAK-TC1797 processor in the back of the board...
I asked Abrites guys to see if they could make it virgin, but since it is an FSB4, it wouldn't work.
Original ECM has been messed up... at least 2 pins are ripped from board (which should be some power or ground) not sure if I would ever be able to read it via plug and boot mode, but anyways I don't have that ECM in option of my FGTech V54 (Chinese copy of course).
Is there any way to read-write this ECM or to make it virgin? (With a good version of FGTech or K-Tag or Kess or something like that?
A tool that wouldn't cost me 10k$
