Mercedes ML 230 1998 W163 NON Start

Hello,

I have ML 230 Gasoline W163 1998 year and car wont start.
Engine ECU: VDO
412 229/021/006
MSE
022 545 57 32 [00]

1. Read fault's in engine ECU was: 0C2 - Can Signal IR central. lock System faulty.
2. In AAM ecu no fault codes.
3. Take new chip PCF7935 and done with AVDI.
4. Using Avdi read engine ECU eeprom 24C02 and done new.
5. Read AAM ECU using MB -> AVDI -> Das2B function and Learn transponder and write "transponder learned ".
6. Read again fault codes in engine ecu and AMM block's but no fault codes in any ECU.
7. Car same wont start.

Without Star Diag impossible adaptation of engine ecu ore AMM?

Maybe some one can help me?
