Mercedes Sprinter 2012 2.2 CDi 311 DTC P2BAC

Hi to all.
I am mechanical autos repair, and need your help please.

Vehicle= Mercedes Sprinter CDi 311
Year = 2012
Engine = 2.2 (140CV)
ECU system = Delphi Euro V
System = EGR + DPF with Nox sensor, no SCR (South-America) version.

Problem = Error code P2BAC with engine light on.

I need help, tips, tricks, advice to fix this problem!
My scan tool is Launch X431.
Any help?
