Audi Q7 2012 Navigation Update Issue

Hi,
Can someone please help me with an Audi Q7 2012 software to update the navigation plus system?
I download one update for the MMI 3G one from here, it messed up the system.
Its the navigation plus, there is no display and I don't have a backup.
Please help.
