Hey,
My personal Van is having difficulties, 2003 Boxer 2.2 HDi (4HY Engine)
- Autocom Fault code "Pressure Regulator".
- Abnormally long Cranking.
- Limp mode if hit "Torque" RPM'S (Engine might even die).
I have changed new rail pressure regulator, no help.
Did over-leak test on injectors, 2 was high, replaced them with salvaged ones, no help. Leakage is now OK.
Rail pressure while Cranking OK.
I'm thinking maybe i have two different faults.
Maybe EGR leak? Could the pressure regulator mean the charging pressure
solenoid valve?![blush blush]()
I would not like to play Parts Darts too much anymore.![evilgrin evilgrin]()
I could not find from Autocom repair values for injector's.
Seems this engine is badly supported...
Thanks in advance!
