Samsung SM T561-M Tablet SD Card Solution

Hi to all.

My device:
Tablet Sansung Tab E 9,6"
Model = SM T561-m
Model number Ref. ( SM-T561MZWAZTO )
RAM = 1.5 Gb
Internal memory = 8 Gb
CPU = quad core 1.3Ghz
3G / Wi-Fi / Bluetooth
OS = Android 4.4.4 Kitkat

Problem: little Free space in RAM memory, I need SD card solution to run + I need help with my Samsung tablet device.
I have little free space available in RAM.
I have a slot to insert a micro SD card of 64 GB.

How do I install an Apk or App on the root of the SD card?
Some tips, advices ?
