Toyota Yaris 2005 All Keys Lost

Hi friends,

Face this problem 2 times now without finding any solution for these car's.
This car haven't immo box, so it's integrated in ECU engine. I read 93AA66 in ECU, you find file in attachment.
The original transponder is ID4D, i copied such keys several times.
The problem there is no tool or soft recognize this file.
This car is for Africa market.
