Ford Transit Immo OFF

Hi a friend, popped round and seen me tonight and asked if I can remove immobiliser from a Ford Transit, his module has packed up on top of the pump itself it burnt out the little component. He was going to get another one from the breakers. Is there anyway to make these immo off or via the ECU. All I know is that is a Transit van and it has this diesel pump in it. And till i see him later. The only tools I have is a UPA 1.3, GX4 Lexis 3 Version C.
