I would like to say thanks to a very good guy who has helped me and support me during my hard time. I have never met that guy,not even seen his picture, just occasionally chat about work with him as I always consider he is very busy and just works works around the clock.
As a member here I don't have much to support as im not genius on automotive related softwares handling.i work as a mobile tech so for that I always need scanners and updates around the year.dealing with oem and Chinese is not easy,
so I come across this man on this forum who helped me setting my all tools ,software and my dump questions I always asked him. i know him since 2013 just over the internet. since then I just deal with him no 1 or oem ,no body after that anything from USA, Japennies or Euro carlines, he is the best and support all year around.
what happened about 45 k worth scanners got stolen from my work vehicle ,my bad luck my insurance run out week ago.i had lost everything.
in 2016 I had medical issue and was off work for 2 months .I was bit tight money wise plus this theft.
i was under stress for weeks when i talk to this unseen friend ,he just told me just let me know your needs and tell me what do you want.
and said "klair dooooo not worry about money. im preparing your setup again just give me few weeks".
any way on new year i paid very little for only few tools to just fresh start . But he send me every thing that was not affordable for me till next year. he covered my all tools ,laptop setup plus online support. that was Thousends dollars more compare to small payment i paid .when I open my delivery i was crying my 5 year daughter start crying,after to see this big gift
it was big help. he put me on the road again , again he said do not worry about money , when ever you have, then we will see. no time limit. i was thinking i never seen that guy and he trust me that much. he did not even mention the amount ,just keep saying "klair do not worry, just work my friend and forget whatever happened to you"
I have no words to say thanks to him for his help, kindness and trust he shows on me.
I know he is the best, he is very dedicated person. in past he has spent Hrs fixing software problems for me without charging a single penny.
