I found my Clio Pin code
Now
Do I need any diagnostic equipment to program key

Original transponder it is

ID 46 CRYPTO LOCKED

But I have ID 46

Will I program the key by using this transponder and SBB key programmer?
My car it is
RENAULT CLIO
1.2 BENZIN
YEAR 2002
TRANSPONDER ID 46 CRYPTO LOCKED

Please one more question
Where is the ECU in this car
I noticed that was not near the car battery
