A friend of me make on his Passat the heating cooler.
As he has finished his work the car does start, run 2 sec and stopped.
He damaged the immo ECU, because he has torn the cable and connected wrong.
So i have done him immo off. Now the car starts, but the engine speed goes up (in German "durchgehen").
Problem: he is 50km away from me and he comes only with ECU and he told me the problem on the phone. I haven't see with my eyes.
Can anyone tell me if the immo off is OK?
